Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Crypto Seth website, member platform, communities and any content or memberships we offer (together, the "Service"). "Crypto Seth", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the Crypto Seth brand. By accessing the Service or purchasing a membership, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

You are responsible for ensuring that accessing the Service and any activity you undertake as a result is lawful in your country of residence. The Service is not directed at anyone in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency-related content or the products discussed are prohibited or restricted, and you must not use it if that is the case for you.

1.2 What the Service provides

Crypto Seth publishes educational cryptocurrency content, including market intelligence, narrative and technical analysis, structured trade ideas, research, watchlists, portfolio-strategy frameworks, live webinars and community discussion.

The Service is offered across tiers, which currently include free public content, a paid VIP membership and a one-time Lifetime membership. The specific inclusions, prices and availability of each tier are described on the site and may change over time.

1.3 Educational purpose only, not financial advice

All content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not, and must never be relied on as, financial, investment, trading, legal, accounting or tax advice, and it does not take account of your personal circumstances, objectives or financial situation.

Nothing in the Service constitutes a personal recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy, sell or hold any asset, nor an invitation to enter into any transaction. We are not acting as your broker, adviser or fiduciary, and using the Service does not create any advisory or fiduciary relationship.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Always do your own research and consider seeking advice from an appropriately licensed professional before acting. Please also read the Risk Disclosure below.

1.4 We do not manage or hold your funds

Crypto Seth never takes custody of, manages, pools or trades member funds, and we never ask for access to your exchange accounts, wallets, private keys or seed phrases. Any person requesting these while claiming to be Crypto Seth is impersonating us.

Every trade, deposit, withdrawal and allocation you make is your own decision, carried out through platforms you choose and control.

1.5 Memberships, billing and payments

Public content is free. VIP membership is a recurring subscription available on a monthly or annual basis. Lifetime membership is a single one-time payment for ongoing access. Prices are displayed on the site and, unless stated otherwise, are quoted in US dollars and may be exclusive of taxes that apply in your location.

VIP subscriptions and one-time Lifetime payments are sold, billed and managed through our third-party provider Whop. Your payment is subject to Whop's terms in addition to these Terms.

We do not receive or store your full card details. These are handled directly by the payment provider. By starting a subscription you authorise the provider to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis, at the then-current price, until you cancel. We may change prices or membership inclusions from time to time; changes to a recurring price will not take effect until your next billing period and we will give reasonable notice.

1.6 Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a VIP subscription at any time through Whop or your account billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and partial periods are not pro-rated unless required by law.

Because memberships provide immediate access to digital content, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law. Where you have a statutory right to cancel, that right is not affected by this clause. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith.

1.7 Acceptable use

The Service and its content are licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  • Copy, record, republish, resell, redistribute or otherwise share member-only content, trade ideas, research or webinars with any non-member;
  • Share your login, membership or community access with anyone else;
  • Scrape, data-mine, reverse-engineer or use automated means to extract content or bypass access controls;
  • Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to promote or facilitate market manipulation, fraud or abuse;
  • Harass, threaten, spam, impersonate or abuse other members, guests or staff, or disrupt community spaces.

You must also comply with the terms of the third-party platforms we use to deliver the Service, including Whop, Discord and YouTube. We may suspend or remove access for conduct that breaches these Terms or harms the community.

1.8 Intellectual property

All content within the Service (including analysis, written notes, videos, graphics, branding, logos and the design of the site and platform) is owned by Crypto Seth or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the content you are entitled to as part of your membership. All other rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

1.9 Community content and conduct

If you post messages, questions or other material in our communities, you remain responsible for it and confirm you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and moderate that material for the purpose of operating the Service.

We may moderate, edit or remove content and may restrict or remove members who breach these Terms or community rules, at our discretion.

1.10 Third-party links, partners and affiliates

The Service contains links to third-party websites, tools, exchanges and products that we do not control. We provide them for convenience and information only, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices.

Some links are affiliate or referral links (including, at the time of writing, partners such as Tangem, ExpressVPN and MEXC), which means we may earn a commission, discount or other benefit if you sign up or make a purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. An affiliate relationship is not an endorsement of suitability for you, and you should assess any third-party product independently. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

1.11 Availability and changes to the Service

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, content or tiers, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Scheduled and unscheduled downtime, maintenance and third-party outages may occur.

1.12 Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that any information, analysis or idea is accurate, current or will produce any particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crypto Seth and the people behind it will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

1.13 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crypto Seth and the people behind it from any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of any law or third-party right.

1.14 Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other members. You may stop using the Service and cancel any membership at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity, will continue to apply.

1.15 Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or your use of the Service, are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of Crypto Seth is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory legal protection available to you as a consumer in your country of residence.

Before starting any formal proceedings, we ask that you first contact us so that we can try to resolve the matter informally and in good faith.

1.16 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. If we make a material change, we will take reasonable steps to notify members. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

1.17 Contact

If you have any questions about these Terms, please get in touch through our contact form. See the Contact section at the end of this page.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Crypto Seth collects when you use the Service, how and why we use it, who we share it with, and the rights and choices you have. Crypto Seth is responsible for the personal information it handles as described here. We collect only what we need to run the Service, and we do not sell your personal data.

2.1 Information we collect

We collect information in the following categories:

  • Account information: the email address you register with, an encrypted (hashed) password, and your membership tier and access entitlements.
  • Billing information: the subscription or purchase details needed to give you access. Payments are handled by Whop; we receive limited confirmation data such as your name, payment status and, where provided, partial payment identifiers. We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Usage and technical data: information created as you use the site, such as IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages and timestamps, together with security and diagnostic logs.
  • Communications: the content of messages you send us, including through the contact form and any support correspondence.
  • Community identifiers: where you link or join community spaces such as Discord, the identifiers needed to grant and manage your access. Your activity there is also subject to that platform's own policies.

2.2 How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Create and secure your account and sign you in;
  • Provide the Service and give you the content and community access your membership includes;
  • Process payments, manage subscriptions and confirm entitlements through our payment providers;
  • Respond to your enquiries and provide support;
  • Protect the Service, detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents;
  • Understand and improve how the Service is used and develop new features;
  • Comply with our legal, tax and regulatory obligations;
  • With your consent where required, send updates or measure site usage through analytics.

2.3 Legal bases and your local law

Where a data-protection law such as the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to you, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you (to provide the Service); our legitimate interests (to run, secure and improve the Service) balanced against your rights; your consent (for example, for optional analytics or marketing, which you can withdraw at any time); and compliance with a legal obligation.

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or a similar US state privacy law applies to you, you have the rights described in the section on your rights below, and we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by that law.

2.4 Payment processing

Subscriptions and one-time payments are processed by Whop. Whop acts as an independent processor of your payment information and handles your card details directly under its own privacy policy and security standards. We never store your full card number. We recommend reviewing Whop's privacy policy to understand how it handles your data.

2.5 How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to run the Service:

  • With service providers acting on our behalf, such as our hosting and authentication provider, payment processing (Whop), community platforms (Discord), a privacy-friendly analytics provider, and email delivery;
  • Where required by law, regulation, legal process or a valid government request, or to protect our rights, users or the public;
  • In connection with a reorganisation, merger or transfer of the business, in which case we will require the recipient to protect your data consistently with this policy.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

2.6 International transfers

The providers we use may process data in countries other than your own. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected by appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection law.

2.7 Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and for as long as we need it for the purposes described here, including to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements and to resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

2.8 Security

We use technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to respond appropriately to any incident.

2.9 Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal information:

  • To access a copy of the data we hold about you;
  • To have inaccurate data corrected;
  • To have your data deleted;
  • To restrict or object to certain processing;
  • To receive your data in a portable format;
  • To withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • To opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, noting that we do not sell or share your data;
  • Not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact form. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you are in the EU, UK or another region with a data-protection authority, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

2.10 Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

2.11 Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy below.

2.12 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated, and we will take reasonable steps to notify you of material changes.

2.13 Contact

For any privacy question or to make a data request, please use our contact form. See the Contact section at the end of this page.

Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency assets and related products carry a high level of risk and are not suitable for everyone. This Risk Disclosure explains some of the risks involved. It is not exhaustive and does not replace independent professional advice. By using Crypto Seth, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks.

3.1 You can lose your entire capital

Cryptocurrency assets and derivatives can involve substantial risk, including the total loss of the money you commit. You should never trade or invest with money you cannot afford to lose, or with funds needed for essential living costs or existing obligations.

3.2 This is education, not personal advice

Everything Crypto Seth publishes is general educational content. It is not a personal recommendation and does not consider your individual circumstances, goals or risk tolerance. You are responsible for deciding whether any asset, strategy or product is appropriate for you, and you should consider obtaining advice from an appropriately licensed professional.

3.3 Volatility and market risk

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and trade continuously. Prices can move sharply and unpredictably, liquidity can disappear, and you may be unable to enter or exit a position at the price or time you want. Market conditions can change faster than any analysis can be updated.

3.4 Leverage and derivatives

Futures and other leveraged or derivative products amplify both gains and losses. A small adverse price move can result in the rapid loss of your margin and, on some products, losses greater than your initial deposit. Positions can be liquidated automatically, and funding and financing costs can add up. Leveraged products are complex and are not appropriate for many people.

3.5 No guarantee of results

Past performance, back-tests and hypothetical or illustrative results are not reliable indicators of future outcomes. Trade ideas, levels, invalidations and targets are educational examples of a way of thinking about the market, not promises. Any idea can be wrong, and any documented outcome is provided for transparency and learning only.

3.6 We do not manage or hold your funds

Crypto Seth never takes custody of, manages or trades member funds and will never ask for your private keys, seed phrase or exchange access. All decisions and transactions are made by you, through platforms you control.

3.7 Third-party platform and custody risk

Exchanges, brokers, wallets and other platforms you use carry their own risks, including counterparty failure, insolvency, hacking, freezes, withdrawal restrictions and operational errors. If you self-custody assets, you are solely responsible for securing your keys; losing them usually means permanent loss of your funds.

3.8 Regulatory and tax risk

The legal status and regulation of cryptocurrency varies between countries and continues to evolve. It is your responsibility to ensure that your activity is lawful where you live and to meet any reporting and tax obligations that apply to you. Regulatory changes can affect the value, availability or legality of assets and services.

3.9 Technology and security risk

Blockchain networks, smart contracts and related software can contain bugs, fail, be exploited or be targeted by scams and phishing. New and low-capitalisation assets can be especially illiquid and higher-risk, may be subject to manipulation, and can lose most or all of their value quickly.

3.10 Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and their outcomes. You should assess the suitability of any decision for your circumstances and seek independent advice where appropriate. The Service may not be appropriate or available in every jurisdiction.
